I earned my undergrad in Physical Education from Florida International University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Edward’s University, a CACREP-accredited program. My passion is supporting individuals as they navigate life’s experiences and challenges.

I believe deeply in people’s capacity for growth and healing, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and truly connected. Everyone deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves — and I’m here to help you on that journey.
